Jon Trister, MD
Dr. Jon Trister entered the medical field 50 years ago. He graduated from Lviv State Medical University in 1975 as a General Surgeon, going on to complete his postgraduate training in orthopedic surgery in Lviv, Ukraine and Kurgan, Russia. After the completion of his training, Dr. Trister became the Chief of the Orthopedic Surgery Department, where his primary focus was on complex trauma and its consequences.
After practicing for a number of years, Dr. Trister chose to leave the Soviet Union and relocate to the United States in 1990. In 1992, he began his internal medicine residency training at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA, followed by a spinal cord medicine fellowship at the VA Medical Center, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
In 1997, he started a medical practice in Worcester, MA, where he specialized in all aspects of internal medicine and the non-surgical treatment of various musculoskeletal problems using regenerative therapies, such as prolotherapy, PRP, autologous blood therapy, and osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT). He is also highly experienced in managing complex cases arising from tick-borne diseases and other immune dysregulations, the early detection of preventable diseases, and the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and metabolic disorders.
Dr. Trister is considered an expert in his field, having been President of the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine from 2011-2013. He is dedicated not only to helping his patients, but also to sharing his extensive knowledge with other physicians through training seminars.
Jolanta Sledzik, FNP-C
Jolanta Sledzik is a certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in internal medicine and primary care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2014, and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from the same university in 2022.
Jolanta has a passion for utilizing a holistic and preventative approach to care for patients. She believes in focusing on the root-cause and origin of ailments, rather than just treating the symptoms. She is recognized as an expert in family medicine, with a focus on adult primary care.

Diana Trister, DO

Dr. Diana is board certified in family medicine as well as sports medicine. She is recognized as an expert in osteopathy, regenerative injection therapies, osteopathic manipulation therapy, and sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Dr. Diana is passionate about providing the best care possible to her patients. She believes in fostering a collaborative relationship with her patients, ensuring they receive the care they need and can maintain as much of their health and wellness as possible.
